ITS Environmental's technology has been used in many successful recoveries of excess oil from spills. It also ensures VOC reduction in compliance with SCAQMD Rule 1166.

GTS-VOC suppressant with specialized microbes quickly reduces VOC levels and the resulting LELs on contact to minimize human exposure to such hydrocarbons benzene. This also allows hot work, such as welding, to be safely completed.  GTS-VOC is also effective in drilling applications where hi levels of VOCs/LELs can result in work stoppages.

Enhanced Bioremediation

ITS Environmental’s GTS-VOC is a water-based high performance formulation of surfactants and emulsifiers engineered to rapidly encapsulate and breakdown hydrocarbon molecules. The proprietary formula provides an ideal medium for the reproduction of naturally occurring indigenous microorganisms, accelerating the natural biodegradation of the hydrocarbon pollutants.

Biologically augmented GTS-VOC incorporates specifically prescribed strains of highly concentrated microorganisms to the base GTS-VOC formula to dramatically enhance the biological degradation of a wide range of organic pollutants including benzene, diesel, gasoline, H2S, phenol chlorinated hydrocarbons, BTX and others. 

ITS Environmental’s process is suited to in-situ and ex-situ operations and can be applied topically and/or injected for bioremediating at any depth.
